Join Kutztown Police Department and Sgt. Walter J. Skavinsky in a presentation to families and Trick or Treaters alike about staying safe this Halloween.
After the presentation is over, registered children will be able to decorate their own Trick or Treating candy bag. One bag per child. Registrations must be in by Monday, October 21 due to materials.
