Building Project Progress
2024 update:
While our new room is amazing and we are enjoying it, the library must still raise $70,000 to complete payments on it.
Thanks in part to a Keystone Grant award in partnership with the Leesport Borough, this dream has finally become a reality.
We have added a meeting/ program space, 2 new restrooms, installed automatic front doors, and replaced the roof.
The total project cost was $320,000. The grant covered $135,000, but the library must raise the remaining $185,000.
