All libraries of the Berks County Public Libraries System transitioned to a new catalog system in February, 2024.
- PINS and passwords were reset during the change. If you are having trouble logging into Libby or your library account, please use the last four digits of the phone contact for your account. If trying this does not work, please call your library to request a PIN rest.
- Please log into your account and set your preferred method of contact for hold pickups and due date notices.
- If you need help with holds and requests that were canceled in error, please contact your local library to place the holds again.

While the library will be working behind the scenes to make this transition as seamless as possible, we understand there have been some disruptions in library services as a result of the change in systems.
