1000 Books Before Kindergarten: Ages birth - 5 years. The goal of this easy early literacy program is to read 1000 books with your child before they reach Kindergarten. Sign up at the desk today!
Home School Meet Up: Home school families are invited to learn and socialize. Use our space for research or participating in a library sponsored program. Program schedule evolving; updated via FB, website and in person.
Sensory Friendly 10amTuesdays: play together or independently while we keep the lights low and music soft. All children are welcome with those who have ASD in mind.
Story Time 10:30am Fridays: Ages 0 - 6. Kids listen to a story and participate in related hands on activities.
LEGO Robotics Team: September-May for kids entering grades 4th-8th. 2nd & 4th Saturdays, 9am-noon.
Therapy Dog: All Ages. 2nd Saturday of the month, 10-11:30am. Read a book or just relax with Trixie the friendly Old English Sheepdog.
Independent Activities: All Ages. Use the coloring table, play checkers, complete a project in the library, or pick up a take-home activity to try at home. New activities are available throughout the month.
Pop-Up Book Clubs: Adults. Watch our Facebook or events page for these special one time book club groups where we discuss books, movies, & series related to a genre or specific author or title. Light refreshments and snacks provided.
Chess Club: Adults. Weekly on Tuesdays. Learn to play or challenge a veteran chess player every Tuesday at 1-4 pm. The club and library provide boards, no need to bring your own.
Puzzle Night: Adults. Weekly on Tuesdays. Relax at the jigsaw puzzle tables 5-7 pm every Tuesday.
Crafternoons: Adults. Weekly on Wednesdays 1-3PM. Drop in and craft with us at the library to relax and chat while you work on your knitting, crocheting, mending, and other fiber arts with other local crafters.
Night Time Knitters & Crafters: Adults & Teens. Weekly. Wednesdays 5:30-7 pm. Drop in and craft with us at the library to relax and chat while you work on your knitting, crocheting, mending, and other fiber arts with other local crafters.
Pinochle Group: Adults. Weekly on Thursdays. The Pinochle group meets 1-3:30PM every Thursday. Never played before? No problem! Beginners are welcome and will be taught how to play.
True Crime Discussion Group: Adults. Bi-monthly. Every other month on a Wednesday at 7-8 pm. We discuss media such as books, podcasts, & documentaries related to chosen true crime cases. Light refreshments and snacks provided. Ending in 2024.

Potholder Weaving Group & Classes: Adults. Monthly. Usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 10:30 AM. Most meetings will feature a guided pattern instruction on the 7" traditional loom size. You are also welcome to work on your own project with us. More Potholder Group Details.
